Process |
Conventional screen printing methods can be untidy and they require multiple screens, which suffer from high wear rates. The consumable costs of ink and extended drying times are all removed from the process where laser marking is employed instead.
The system designed by Electrox utilises two Raptor fibre laser markers, each fitted with a 410mm focal length flat field lens. This enables the customer to permanently laser mark the complete panel in a single action, cleanly and with zero consumables, the panels can then be instantly available as there is no need to store them for curing.

Electrox recommend the use of a Raptor fibre laser marker with a 410mm focal length flat field lens. This combination produces a large sized spot and midrange energy density, to produce high contrast foamed graphical marks on the front panels.
